Joy is a Holistic Health and Fitness, certified coach with over a decade ofexperience in the field. For many years she competed internationally inboth CrossFit and Powerlifting, although her speciality is helping busymen and women lose body fat. She promotes clean eating and theimportance of good gut health.
For years, Joy’s clients have benefited from implementing a holisticapproach to health and fitness. She does this by changing lifestyle habits,setting goals and getting clients healthy from the inside out. Her passionis helping people break the sugar addiction, learn to read labels and eatclean, so they can love their body, regain their health and find freedomthrough food and exercise.
She’s had the privilege to live and work in several different countries allover the world. Her favorite destination is Southeast Asia, specificallyThailand, where she was living for 5 years.

Darren Chai

Coach DC has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry as bothathlete and trainer in Australia, the United Kingdom, USA, Thailand andBrunei. He is the Founder and Training Director at Hybrid MovementGym. He is immensely passionate about sports as a national athlete intennis, swimming and then progressing into basketball and today,Crossfit. Since 2013, Darren has won various Crossfit competitions suchas X45 Crossfit Challenge Malaysia and Beast of SouthEast Brunei.


His experience and passion led him to establish Hybrid Movement in2014, which focuses on helping individuals achieve their fitness goalsregardless of their background. He focuses on creating unique trainingprograms that are functional, customized and effective, that allow keyprogressions towards individual goals. Darren Chai's expertise lies withinmobility, rehabilitation and functional training for any individuals with awide range of clientele.
